IAT FUSA Study Program Brings the Light of the Qur’an to life with the 30 Juz Tasmi’ Parade
Bandar Lampung (UIN RIL Public Relations) – With a spirit of togetherness and love for Al-Qur’an Science, the Study Program Student Association (HMPS) for Al-Qur’an and Tafsir Science under the auspices of the Al-Qur’an and Tafsir Science Study Program (IAT ) The Faculty of Ushuluddin and Religious Studies (FUSA) of the State Islamic University (UIN) Raden Intan Lampung (RIL) held the 30th Juz Tasmi Parade.
The monumental event which took place at the FUSA Hall on 23-25 November 2023 carried the theme Glorious Civilization with the Light of the Koran. As a historic achievement, the tasmi parade was the main agenda for the first time held at the Raden Intan Lampung State Islamic University.
Deputy Chancellor (WR) III for Student Affairs and Cooperation Prof Dr H Idrus Ruslan MAg with great appreciation opened the event on Thursday, 23/11/2023. Present at this opening were the Dean, Deputy Deans (WD) I, II and III, Head of Study Program, Secretary of Study Program and Academic Community of FUSA UIN RIL.
In his speech, WR III invited the entire FUSA family to always call for the Simaan Al-Qur’an 30 Juz event. Considering that in around 25 years FUSA has never had this extraordinary activity.
“I would like to thank the entire extended family of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Religious Studies at UIN RIL who have revived activities with a positive nuance. “This is an extraordinary activity, from here we can discover or explore the great potential of our students for the progress of UIN and benefit the wider community,” said Prof Idrus, Professor of Ushuluddin.
Prof. Idrus added that the leadership of UIN Raden Intan will also provide scholarships as a form of appreciation to students who have memorized 5-30 chapters of the Al-Qur’an under the BLU scholarship scheme.
Meanwhile, the chief organizer of the Tasmi’ 30 Juz Parade, Muhammad Faiz Robbani, said that this activity was attended by 100 people which not only created beautiful and deep memories for the participants, but also became a valuable momentum to strengthen our shared commitment to preserving the beauty and beauty of the Al-Qur’an. as a guide to life.
“With the success of this event, it is hoped that it can become a sustainable tradition at UIN Raden Intan Lampung, continuing to inspire generations of students to use the Al-Qur’an as a source of light and wisdom in their scientific and spiritual journey,” he said.
The technical aspects of the Tasmi’ 30 Juz Parade are held for three days with one day reading 10 Juz.
